On-site MVR evaporation and crystallization of sodium chloride wastewater

● Employs a two-stage evaporator (first stage: falling-film concentration; second stage: forced-circulation evaporation and crystallization) and a two-stage compressor.
● The feed solution has a concentration of 3%. It is first concentrated to about 8%, then further evaporated in the second stage until saturation and crystallization occur (boiling point elevation: 9°C).
● Evaporation rate: 3.5 t/h; total power consumption of the two-stage compressor: 90 kW; total power consumption of the circulating pump and other pumps: approximately 14 kW; steam consumption: about 50 kg/h.
