Overview

The JZJ series Roots vacuum units utilize Roots vacuum pumps as the primary system pumps. Depending on specific process requirements, they are configured with various types and pumping speeds of fore pumps to form vacuum systems. These systems achieve pumping speeds up to 45,000 m³/h and vacuum levels as low as 0.05 Pa.

The Roots vacuum pumps employed are the ZJ and ZJQ series, independently developed and manufactured by Bozhong. We have implemented specialized structural enhancements to address the common issue of gear oil emulsification in Roots pumps. The modified Roots vacuum pumps are particularly suited for applications involving substantial condensable gases (water vapor, organic solvents, etc.). When paired with scientifically selected heat exchangers, they achieve highly efficient, energy-saving, and long-term stable operation. Additionally, they enable the recovery of condensed organic solvents from the process, further reducing operational costs for users.

Diverse fore-stage pump options: - Dry vacuum pumps can serve as fore-stage units, delivering high pumping speeds and ultimate vacuums while ensuring clean, contamination-free process flows through an entirely dry, oil-free vacuum system. Liquid-ring vacuum pumps can serve as fore-stage pumps. Organic solvents (e.g., methanol, ethanol, xylene, acetone, phenol) can be used as working fluids to enhance solvent recovery efficiency. Alternatively, other liquids (e.g., concentrated sulfuric acid) can be employed for highly corrosive applications.

These configurations are widely applied across chemical, pharmaceutical, steel, and energy industries, with both Bozhong and Zhongbo offering mature solutions.
