Overview

BoZhong Roots vacuum pumps comprise two series: standard Roots vacuum pumps and air-cooled Roots vacuum pumps. Their pumping speeds range from 50 m³/h to 45,000 m³/h, achieving ultimate vacuum levels down to 0.05 Pa.

Standard materials include cast iron or carbon steel, with optional nickel-phosphorus or Hastelloy coatings. Stainless steel is available as an alternative for highly corrosive applications.

When used as the primary pump, Roots vacuum pumps can be integrated with liquid ring vacuum pumps or other dry vacuum pumps to form a vacuum unit. This configuration meets high pumping speed requirements while enhancing the ultimate vacuum level of the system. Air-cooled Roots vacuum pumps allow cooling gas to enter the pump chamber from both sides, cooling the rotors and chamber. This enables continuous, stable operation under high pressure differentials.
