Notice of Change in Company Name and Business Scope

On February 19, 2020, Shandong Bozhong Vacuum Equipment Co., Ltd. changed its name to Shandong Bozhong Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd. Its business scope has been amended to include: design, manufacture, and sale of vacuum pumps, water pumps, vacuum dryers, vacuum units, and complete sets of vacuum equipment; import and export of goods; research and development, manufacture, and sale of mechanical compression evaporators, water treatment systems, MVR systems and equipment; technical consulting services, technology development and sales, and related after-sales services; contract energy management services; equipment installation and packaging; equipment maintenance and commissioning; equipment installation training; technical training; and catering services. (Projects subject to approval according to law.)
