During this extraordinary period of COVID-19 prevention and control, our company has actively responded to the nation’s call and taken all necessary measures to combat the epidemic. On February 10, 2020, when the company officially resumed work, its board of directors promptly arranged a cash donation of 200,000 yuan to the Red Cross Society of Zhangdian District, Zibo City, to support the fight against the epidemic and join forces with people across the country in swiftly stepping into the battle to contain and control the virus.
The company is strictly following the unified prevention and control arrangements made by the Party Central Committee and party committees and governments at all levels, fully cooperating with the government’s efforts to combat the epidemic. We promptly established an epidemic response task force, formulated emergency preparedness plans for prevention and control, adopted scientific prevention measures, and swiftly implemented these measures to fight the epidemic. The company has adequately stocked up on epidemic prevention supplies; factory areas, office spaces, and workshops are disinfected daily, and employees are required to wear masks. Employees’ body temperatures are measured and recorded before and after work each day. In case of any abnormal conditions, they must be reported immediately, and appropriate isolation measures taken decisively. We have canceled collective activities such as post-holiday gatherings and internal training sessions to reduce the likelihood of further epidemic spread. Employees from other regions are subject to delayed return-to-work schedules and mandatory quarantine observation. During work, employees are required to maintain a distance of more than one meter from each other and are prohibited from gathering. Commuting to and from work should be done using private vehicles or bicycles to avoid close contact. Security guards rigorously control access to the premises, and employees are forbidden from leaving the workplace without valid reasons.
