The Bozhong Vacuum Happiness Mutual Aid Fund has been named by the Zibo Municipal Federation of Trade Unions.
Citywide Model Employee Care and Mutual Aid Fund
In 2018, the company’s trade union actively participated in the standardized construction and naming initiative for the Employee Care and Mutual Aid Fund, promoted by the Zibo City Federation of Trade Unions, under the banner of “Model Employee Care and Mutual Aid Fund.” After multiple rounds of recommendations and rigorous review according to the “Standardized Construction Criteria,” Document No. 54 [2018] issued by Zibo Industrial Development Bureau—“Notice on Naming the ‘Zibo City Model Employee Care and Mutual Aid Fund’”—designated the Bozhong Vacuum Happiness Mutual Aid Fund as one of the Model Employee Care and Mutual Aid Funds, and awarded it a relief subsidy of 30,000 yuan. Since its establishment in 2006, the Bozhong Vacuum Happiness Mutual Aid Fund has accumulated a total of 203,000 yuan, distributed a total of 22,300 yuan in relief funds, and provided assistance to 31 employee beneficiaries. Taking this naming event as an opportunity, the company’s trade union will further advance the standardized construction of the Employee Care and Mutual Aid Fund, establish a long-term mechanism for assistance and relief, promptly address employees’ temporary and emergency difficulties, enable more employees in need to benefit, and truly let employees feel that the trade union organization and its officials are their “caring family members” and “close confidants.” Together, we will make new and greater contributions to building a harmonious Zibo.
