The company’s MVR evaporation system, developed through R&D, features a Roots-type compressor reflux cooling system, a two-stage MVR evaporator, a rotary tube-type MVR concentration and crystallization unit, an MVR evaporator, heat exchangers, a bipolar MVR evaporation and crystallization process and equipment, a two-stage MVR evaporation process and equipment, a low-temperature steam heating method, and a waste heat recovery and utilization method for hot water—among many other patented technologies. This system is widely used in production processes such as wastewater concentration and treatment, evaporation and crystallization, concentration of traditional Chinese medicine extracts, concentration and separation of organic solvents, distillation processes, and seawater desalination. Compared with other existing MVR evaporation technologies in China, this system achieves energy savings of over 50% on a year-on-year basis and boasts broad applicability and remarkable energy-saving performance. The highly efficient and energy-saving MVR evaporation system passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal organized by the Zibo Science and Technology Bureau in December 2016.
The company’s Roots vacuum pumps feature specialized claw-type rotor profiles, multi-leaf Roots pump standard profiles, a new three-lobe Roots pump rotor profile, involute three-lobe Roots pump rotors, sealing devices for Roots vacuum pumps, performance testing systems and testing methods for Roots vacuum pumps, devices and methods for maintaining the vacuum in condensers of thermal power plants, multistage Roots pumps, double-stage sealed Roots vacuum pumps, mechanically sealed Roots vacuum pumps, bipolar three-lobe air-cooled Roots vacuum pumps, cycloidal three-lobe Roots pump rotors, and related patented technologies for Roots vacuum pump sealing devices. Through the development and application of key Roots pump technologies such as rotor profiles and sealing structures, under the condition that the outer radius Rm of the rotor and the pitch circle radius R remain the same, the volumetric utilization coefficient of the pump has been significantly improved—by a range of 30% to 50%. This enhancement enables greater pumping speeds, resulting in superior practicality and markedly improving the operational performance and reliability of Roots vacuum pumps and compressors. Our company’s Roots vacuum pumps and compressors have been widely adopted in power plants, metallurgy, chemical industries, and MVR evaporation systems. The Roots vacuum pump developed by our company passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal organized by the Zibo Science and Technology Bureau in December 2016.
