According to the Implementation Measures for the Zhangdian Talent Program (Zhangbanfa [2017] No. 39), following recommendations from township offices, expert reviews, and public announcements, and after deliberation by the District Talent Work Leading Group and approval by the District Government, Guo Jingguang and seven other individuals have been selected for the 2018 Zhangdian Talent Program, with a management period of three years. Comrade Guo Jingguang currently serves as the Vice Chairman and Sales Department Manager of Shandong Bozhong Vacuum Equipment Co., Ltd., is a Senior Engineer, and a member of the National Technical Committee for Vacuum Technology Standardization. He has long been engaged in the production and technical research of vacuum pumps and vacuum pump units; he has published six papers in domestic vacuum-related journals; obtained three invention patents and eleven utility model patents; won one first-class and one third-class award for outstanding academic achievements in natural sciences from Zibo City; and participated in the formulation of one national standard and two industry standards. Under his leadership, the team has developed several core technologies with independent intellectual property rights, including the MVR high-efficiency and energy-saving evaporation system and Roots vacuum pumps. The MVR evaporation technology has been widely applied in processes such as wastewater concentration, evaporation crystallization, traditional Chinese medicine concentration, organic solvent concentration and separation, distillation processes, and seawater desalination. Compared with other existing MVR evaporation technologies in China, it achieves energy savings of over 50% on a year-on-year basis and features a broad range of applicability and remarkable energy-saving effects.
