The company’s Technical Development Department has been named “Innovative Team in the Zibo City Employee Technological Innovation Competition” by the Zibo City Federation of Trade Unions.

Since 2017, the company’s employees have fully implemented the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and subsequent plenary sessions of the 18th Central Committee. Guided by the development philosophy of innovation, coordination, green development, openness, and shared benefits, they have actively participated in employee technology innovation competitions, making positive contributions to promoting technological advancement within the enterprise, facilitating industrial transformation and upgrading, and implementing innovation-driven development. In particular, the company’s Technical Department has successively obtained six invention patents and successfully developed a series of products—including MVR-100, MVR-500, MVR-1500, and MVR-3000—making significant contributions to the company’s product structure adjustment and establishing these products as a strong new growth engine for the company’s development. On October 24, 2017, the company’s Technical Development Department was recognized by the Zibo City Federation of Trade Unions as an “Innovative Team in the Zibo City Employee Technology Innovation Competition” during the city-wide employee technology innovation competition.
