Bozhong Vacuum successfully completed the on-site certification review of its intellectual property management system.

　　On May 24, 2017, a team of six experts from Zhongzhi (Beijing) Certification Co., Ltd. visited Shandong Bozhong Vacuum Equipment Co., Ltd. to conduct an on-site certification review of the company’s intellectual property management system.

  　Zhang Guihua, Chairman of Bozhong Vacuum, delivered a welcoming speech and introduced the company’s operational status since officially implementing its intellectual property management system on September 1, 2016. Guided by the intellectual property management principle of “promoting enterprise upgrading and development through technological innovation and safeguarding competitive advantages through intellectual property protection,” Bozhong Vacuum has refined its various institutional measures and strengthened its intellectual property incentive mechanisms. The company continues to reinforce intellectual property management, enhancing its independent innovation capabilities and core competitiveness. Bozhong Vacuum’s intellectual property goals are to file 30 patent applications within five years, including at least 10 invention patents, and achieve a patent commercialization rate of over 80%. The company aims to comprehensively enhance its capacity and level in the creation, utilization, protection, and management of intellectual property. To this end, Bozhong Vacuum is optimizing its intellectual property management organizational structure, formulating an intellectual property strategy for the company, and establishing and improving its intellectual property management systems and processes.

　　The audit expert team from Zhongzhi (Beijing) Certification Co., Ltd. conducted a professional on-site review of Bozhong Vacuum’s intellectual property management system, assessing its compliance, effectiveness, and suitability in accordance with the standards stipulated in the “Guidelines for Enterprise Intellectual Property Management” (GB/T29490-2013) as well as relevant laws and regulations. The review covered the company’s intellectual property management practices throughout the entire process—from project initiation and R&D to procurement, production, sales, and after-sales services. After a full day of rigorous, meticulous, and comprehensive auditing by the six-member expert team, it was concluded that Bozhong Vacuum’s intellectual property management system meets the standard requirements, and the team unanimously agreed to recommend its certification and registration.
