The company’s Technical Development Department has been named “Innovative Team in the Zibo City Employee Technological Innovation Competition” by the Zibo City Federation of Trade Unions.

Since 2017, the company’s employees have fully implemented the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and successive plenary sessions of the 18th Central Committee. Guided by the development philosophy of innovation, coordination, green development, openness, and shared benefits, they have actively participated in employee technology innovation competitions and made positive contributions to promoting technological advancement within the enterprise, facilitating industrial transformation and upgrading, and implementing innovation-driven development. In particular, the company’s Technical Department has successively obtained six invention patents and successfully developed a series of products—including MVR-100, MVR-500, MVR-1500, and MVR-3000—making significant contributions to the company’s product structure adjustment and establishing these products as a strong new growth engine for the company’s development. On October 24, 2017, the company’s Technical Development Department was designated by the Zibo City Federation of Trade Unions as an “Innovative Team in the Zibo City Employee Technology Innovation Competition” during the city-wide employee technology innovation competition activities.

The company’s achievements, including “Thermal Forming Analysis and Rotor Optimization for Screw Vacuum Pump Rotors” and “Research on Actual Profile of Screw Vacuum Pump Rotors,” have won the First and Third Prizes in the 16th Zibo City Outstanding Academic Achievements in Natural Sciences.

The development of new products and technological innovation have become powerful driving forces behind Bozhong Company’s sustained growth. Currently, the company holds 6 invention patents and 22 utility model patents, placing it among the leaders in the domestic industry in terms of patent holdings. In October 2017, the company’s paper titled “Thermal Forming Analysis and Rotor Optimization for Screw Vacuum Pump Rotors” won the First Prize in the 16th Zibo City Natural Science Outstanding Academic Achievements Competition; while the papers “Research on Actual Profile of Screw Vacuum Pump Rotors” and “The Impact of Different Cooling Structures on Thermal Loads of Screw Vacuum Pump Rotors” each received the Third Prize in the same competition.

On May 24, 2017, a team of six expert reviewers from Zhongzhi (Beijing) Certification Co., Ltd. visited Shandong Bozhong Vacuum Equipment Co., Ltd. to conduct an on-site certification review of the company’s intellectual property management system. On December 7, 2016, Shandong Bozhong Vacuum Equipment Co., Ltd. held a project appraisal meeting for the “MVR High-Efficiency and Energy-Saving Evaporation System” and the “Roots Vacuum Pump” in the conference room on the fourth floor of the Xingyuan Hotel at Shandong University of Technology. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Guan Ruofei from the Zibo Science and Technology Bureau. Attending the meeting were Comrade Wang Rui from the Zhangdian District Science and Technology Bureau, as well as seven experts from renowned domestic institutions including the Shandong Provincial Institute of Mechanical Design, Shandong University, Hefei University of Technology, and Shandong University of Technology. Comrade Zhang Guihua, Chairman of Bozhong Vacuum, delivered a welcoming speech and provided an overview of Bozhong’s production, operations, and product innovation efforts. After listening to a detailed report from the project leader of Bozhong Vacuum and reviewing relevant documentation, examining prototype samples, and watching application videos, the appraisal committee—comprising the seven experts—concluded that the key performance indicators of the MVR high-efficiency and energy-saving evaporation system and the Roots vacuum pump developed and produced by Bozhong Vacuum have reached a relatively high domestic standard.

At 9:00 a.m. on November 19, 2016, Bozhong Vacuum organized a simulated fire emergency rescue drill at its factory premises. The drill was attended by Qiu Yanliang, the captain of the emergency rescue team, instructor Zhang Dongqing, and all members of the emergency rescue squad. After the simulated accident occurred, the emergency rescue team responded swiftly, demonstrating exceptional command capabilities, on-site handling skills, rescue techniques, and collaborative operational abilities. Through this fire emergency rescue drill, the Bozhong Vacuum emergency rescue team has become proficient in the rescue procedures and first-aid methods to be employed following a fire incident, significantly enhancing the company's fire safety awareness, fire safety management practices, and ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
