Time flies like a white horse flashing through a crack—100 years have passed in the blink of an eye. A century ago, the May Fourth Movement sounded the first clarion call to battle and was the very first to raise the banner of advanced culture high over the land of China! The torch of “patriotism, progress, democracy, and science” embodied by the May Fourth Movement has been passed on from generation to generation among Chinese sons and daughters, striding forward boldly along the path of the new century. On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, our company held a “Poetry Recitation Contest Commemorating the 100th Anniversary of the May Fourth Movement” on May 8, 2019. Eleven contestants passionately recited classic works, fervently celebrating the spirit of the May Fourth Movement. The reciters were filled with enthusiasm, and the audience at the scene was equally stirred with fervor. Although a century has passed, the spirit of the May Fourth Movement continues to radiate its astonishing power, guiding us ever onward. From countless ordinary posts to each and every one of us—ordinary individuals—our small yet cumulative efforts, step by step, steadily propel us forward, weaving together into mighty rivers that will write countless new chapters for China and forge an infinitely bright future for our nation.

On the morning of April 26, 2019, a delegation of eight people—including Zhang Yubao, Vice President and Secretary-General of the China National Association of Vacuum Equipment Manufacturers; Zhang Yongming, Chairman of the Vacuum Equipment Branch; Hao Gang, Assistant to the Chairman of the Vacuum Equipment Branch; Liu Yali from the Secretariat of the Vacuum Equipment Branch; and representatives from Beijing Zhongke Keyi Co., Ltd., Beiyi Youcheng Vacuum Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Valve No. 2 Factory Co., Ltd.—paid a visit to Bozhong Company to provide guidance and support. Accompanying the delegation were Zhang Wendong, Chairman of the Zhangdian District Science and Technology Association; Li Yuantao, Vice Chairman of the Association; Zhang Guihua, Chairman of our company; Zhang Dongqing, General Manager of our company; and Huang Yi, Chairman of Zibo Vacuum Equipment Factory. During the visit, Mr. Zhang Dongqing, General Manager of Bozhong Company, briefly introduced the company’s development over the past 17 years and its technological advantages, with a particular focus on MVR evaporation and crystallization and distillation systems. Compared with traditional single-effect and multi-effect evaporation systems, the company’s independently developed and designed MVR high-efficiency, energy-saving evaporation system does not require external industrial steam. By precisely controlling the temperature of the secondary steam after compression by the MVR heat pump, the system maintains the heated steam temperature within a reasonable range, ensuring continuous and stable operation. Compared with multi-effect concentration processes, this system can reduce energy consumption costs by more than 60% year-on-year. Currently, the system has been widely adopted in evaporation and concentration processes across China’s pharmaceutical and chemical industries and has successfully been applied to zero-discharge solutions for both high-concentration inorganic and organic wastewater. Relying on the MVR Evaporation System Engineering Technology Research Center, the company will accelerate the development and promotion of its MVR product series, making its due contribution to safeguarding our country’s green mountains and clear waters. During the symposium, Mr. Zhang Guihua, Chairman of Bozhong Company, engaged in an enthusiastic exchange and discussion with leaders from the China National Association of Vacuum Equipment Manufacturers and representatives from various friendly organizations regarding the future prospects of the vacuum industry and the direction of enterprise development. Mr. Zhang Yubao, Vice President and Secretary-General of the China National Association of Vacuum Equipment Manufacturers, remarked: “General-purpose machinery is universally applicable in terms of technical principles, but in reality, the higher-end the product, the less universally applicable it becomes. The next stage of manufacturing development should focus on intelligent manufacturing and integration with Internet Plus, fostering the growth of manufacturing service industries. Products and services complement each other; in particular, integrated equipment sets are derivative products centered around the core product itself, so providing excellent customer service is especially important. Currently, overseas peers are already implementing remote monitoring of equipment through Internet Plus, thereby delivering value-added services to customers. Our mechanical equipment should also take this aspect into account and incorporate it into our products.” Finally, Mr. Zhang Yongming, Chairman of the Vacuum Equipment Branch, delivered a concluding speech, stating: “In the future, the association must better serve its member units and pay closer attention to their needs. We hope that Bozhong Company will continue to be bold in innovation and keep striving forward, aiming to become a leading and benchmark enterprise in the industry.”

From April 15 to 17, 2019, our company participated in the 20th China Environmental Protection Expo held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The China Environmental Protection Expo is Asia’s flagship environmental exhibition, organized jointly by renowned entities such as Messe München GmbH from Germany and the Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences. At this expo, our company showcased energy-saving and environmentally friendly products including the MVR evaporation system, the LGB series variable-pitch screw vacuum pumps, the closed-loop system for the 2BW series vacuum pumps, and Roots liquid-ring vacuum units. The atmosphere at the expo was even more lively than expected, with numerous domestic and international customers demonstrating deep interest in the MVR products designed and manufactured by Bozhong Vacuum. They not only carefully observed the live demonstrations of the MVR prototypes but also engaged in enthusiastic discussions with our on-site engineers on various aspects of product application. Through this expo, both new and existing domestic and international customers gained a more direct understanding of our products, which played a positive role in enhancing our brand image and promoting our products. The widespread adoption of MVR evaporation systems in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries is now within reach.

From April 17 to 19, 2019, our company participated in the 57th National Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo, held at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center. The expo is organized by the China Pharmaceutical Equipment Industry Association and is known as both the National Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo and the China International Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo. Since its inception in 1991, the expo has undergone 26 years of development and has established itself as an authoritative and influential event within the domestic pharmaceutical industry. Our company first attended the expo in 2004. Over the past 15 years, Bozhong Vacuum has steadily advanced step by step, placing great emphasis on quality, investing heavily in R&D, and building a strong brand. As a result, we have gradually grown into a well-known enterprise in the domestic vacuum industry. Our booth has also evolved from several custom-standard booths initially to a specially designed booth measuring 135 square meters. Many long-time customers have genuinely witnessed Bozhong Vacuum’s growth.
