To strengthen public awareness and education on earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, enhance earthquake preparedness and resilience, improve capabilities in earthquake avoidance, self-rescue and mutual rescue, and self-protection, and foster a company-wide atmosphere of active participation in earthquake prevention and disaster reduction efforts, the company established in January 2017 a Leading Group for Earthquake Relief and Disaster Rescue and a Special Emergency Command Center for Earthquake Disasters. These bodies ensure that, once an accident occurs, command is effective, responsibilities are clearly assigned, and responses are appropriately handled, with full responsibility for organizing and implementing emergency rescue operations. The company has organized a variety of promotional activities, including holding meetings on earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, conducting training courses for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction volunteers, strengthening the building of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction teams, carrying out law enforcement inspections related to earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, and staging a large-scale emergency drill. Additionally, the company has actively participated in earthquake prevention and disaster reduction activities organized by the city and district authorities, thereby effectively promoting the company’s healthy and sustainable development. On November 30, 2017, the company was designated by the Shandong Provincial Earthquake Administration as a “Shandong Province Earthquake Safety Demonstration Enterprise.”

On December 7, 2016, Shandong Bozhong Vacuum Equipment Co., Ltd. held a project appraisal meeting for the “MVR High-Efficiency and Energy-Saving Evaporation System” and the “Roots Vacuum Pump” in the conference room on the fourth floor of the Xingyuan Hotel at Shandong University of Technology. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Guan Ruofei from the Zibo Science and Technology Bureau. Attending the meeting were Comrade Wang Rui from the Zhangdian District Science and Technology Bureau, as well as seven experts from renowned domestic institutions including the Shandong Provincial Institute of Mechanical Design, Shandong University, Hefei University of Technology, and Shandong University of Technology. Comrade Zhang Guihua, Chairman of Bozhong Vacuum, delivered a welcoming speech and provided an overview of Bozhong’s production, operations, and product innovation efforts.
