The Bozhong brand vacuum pumps and vacuum equipment enjoy widespread recognition and a stellar reputation within China’s vacuum industry. In 2007, the “Bozhong & Design” trademark was recognized by the Shandong Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce as a “Famous Trademark of Shandong Province,” and in 2009, it was further designated as a “Well-Known Chinese Trademark.” Each year, the company increases its investment in scientific research; in 2017, R&D expenditures accounted for 8.76% of total sales revenue. The company boasts a “One Enterprise, One Technology” R&D center in Shandong Province. It has been a pioneer in the domestic vacuum industry, being among the first to develop and launch the ZJQ series air-cooled Roots pumps, the RVC series Roots compressors, and the MVR evaporation systems, among other products. The company’s high-efficiency, energy-saving MVR evaporation system and Roots vacuum pump passed the assessment of scientific and technological achievements organized by the Zibo Science and Technology Bureau in December 2016, reaching a domestically leading technological level. In October 2018, the company’s R&D center was recognized by the Shandong Provincial Bureau of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises as the 14th batch of “One Enterprise, One Technology” R&D centers in Shandong Province. Introduction to the company’s proprietary technologies: The MVR evaporation system developed by the company features a Roots-type compressor reflux cooling system, a two-stage MVR evaporator, a rotary tube-type MVR concentration and crystallization unit, MVR evaporators, heat exchangers, a bipolar MVR evaporation and crystallization process and equipment, a two-stage MVR evaporation process and equipment, a low-temperature steam heating method, and a hot water waste heat recovery and utilization method—all of which are protected by multiple patents. These technologies are widely used in production processes such as wastewater concentration and treatment, evaporation and crystallization, traditional Chinese medicine concentrate preparation, organic solvent concentration and separation, distillation processes, and seawater desalination. Compared with other existing MVR evaporation technologies in China, our system achieves energy savings of over 50% on a year-on-year basis and boasts broad applicability and remarkable energy-saving performance. The highly efficient and energy-saving MVR evaporation system passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal organized by the Zibo City Science and Technology Bureau in December 2016. The Roots vacuum pumps produced by the company feature special claw-shaped rotor profiles, multi-lobe Roots pump standard profiles, new three-lobe Roots pump rotor profiles, involute three-lobe Roots pump rotors, Roots vacuum pump sealing devices, Roots vacuum pump performance testing systems and their testing methods, devices and methods for maintaining vacuum in condensers of thermal power plants, multistage Roots pumps, double-stage sealed Roots vacuum pumps, mechanically sealed Roots vacuum pumps, bipolar three-lobe air-cooled Roots vacuum pumps, cycloidal three-lobe Roots pump rotors, and related patent technologies for Roots vacuum pump sealing devices. Through the development and application of key technologies for Roots pumps—including rotor profiles and sealing structures—the volumetric utilization coefficient of the pumps has significantly improved under the same conditions of rotor outer radius Rm and pitch circle radius R, increasing by between 30% and 50%. This enables higher pumping speeds and enhances practicality, thereby improving the operational performance and reliability of Roots vacuum pumps and compressors. Our company’s Roots vacuum pumps and compressors have been widely applied in power plants, metallurgy, chemical industry, and MVR evaporation systems. The Roots vacuum pump developed by the company passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal organized by the Zibo City Science and Technology Bureau in December 2016.

For the past 16 years, this principle has guided the company’s steady and unwavering efforts in continuously developing new products and driving constant innovation, earning the company a series of remarkable accolades: it has been successively recognized as a “High-Tech Enterprise,” the “Zibo Screw Vacuum Pump Engineering Technology Center,” the “Hefei University of Technology-Bozhong Vacuum Industry-University-Research Base,” and the “Zibo Enterprise Technology Center.” In 2017, the company’s independently developed eco-friendly and energy-saving product series—the MVR evaporation and crystallization system, the MVR wastewater concentration system, and the MVR solvent distillation system—gained widespread adoption in China’s pharmaceutical, chemical, and wastewater treatment industries. The company implements management measures for title and education subsidies.

To fully motivate engineering and technical personnel and foster a strong corporate culture that values knowledge, respects talent, and honors innovation, thereby encouraging these professionals to proactively engage in learning and self-improvement and make greater contributions to the company’s development, the company has implemented a management approach for providing subsidies based on professional titles and educational qualifications, effective January 1, 2018. This approach applies to all regular employees and various types of specialized technical personnel. The subsidy standards are as follows: For associate degree holders, the monthly subsidy is 100 yuan per person; for bachelor’s degree holders, 200 yuan per person; for master’s degree holders, 500 yuan per person; and for doctoral degree holders, 1,000 yuan per person. As for professional title subsidies: (1) For engineering and technical personnel engaged in R&D work, the monthly subsidy is 50 yuan per person for technicians (staff level); 100 yuan per person for assistant engineers (junior level); 300 yuan per person for engineers (intermediate level); 500 yuan per person for associate senior engineers; and 800 yuan per person for senior engineers. (2) All other specialized technical personnel engaged in fields such as finance, safety, economics, and technician roles will receive the same treatment.
